Sound and BMA Fantastic local indie acts including Hey Pablo, Man in Fridge and Sanchez.Saturday 25th Marchnoon - 5pm South Birmingham College Gigbeth Advice and Guidance Marketplace Drop in and find out more about careers in music with advisors from the music industry including the Musicians’ Union, Musicleader.net, Creative Launchpad, Birminghamusic.com and Creative Insight. 2pm - 8pm South Birmingham College Xposion Presenting 10 of Birmingham’s Finest Emerging Rock Acts. From Indie/Alternative to Hardcore Metal, Xposion will provide an eclectic mix of fine rock music throughout the day in the state of the art, purpose built, music auditorium in SBC. 2pm - 8pm The Kerryman The Nutmeg Club An eclectic mix of performers supplying everything from spoken-word and un-plugged sets to full bands with attitude. 2pm - 8pm The Dragon Bar in the Sanctuary Birmingham Music Network Bands from around the region including 35 Seconds, Liner, The Shakedown, The Disappointments, Hobo Excile Hotel and Sleepyhead. 2pm - late The Old Library at the Custard Factory Classics and Jazz A day of smooth classics, cool blues, foot-tapping jive, gypsy swing and funky jazz from The Brassketeers, John Smith Trio, Dutch Lewis Broad Band, Sennet Brass, Backroom Boys, Chris Gumbley Quartet, Fret and Fiddle and Rabjoy Frisbee.
