Organised by Fine Rats International, this was an amazing event held, as the name suggests, underneath Birmingham's famed Spaghetti Junction.

It included a mix of art forms including projections and explosives, as well as sound based exhibits

Pieces I remember include explosives in the canal at midnight, greenhouses being dropped from cranes when a game of Bingo was won, a garden in the back of a van, and a giant horse projected on a motorway pillar.
